Custom Product Policy

All fencing products provided by 3 Pillars Fencing LLC are custom-built according to the specifications of each individual project.

Because materials are ordered and fabrication begins specifically for your project:

All orders are considered *custom orders**

*Custom products cannot be returned**

*Orders are non-refundable once production has begun**

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all project details, including measurements, materials, styles, and specifications, prior to approving the order.

Order Approval and Payment

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been submitted.

Payments may be processed securely through Stripe or other approved payment processors.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

* You have reviewed the project specifications

* You understand the custom nature of the product

* You agree to the policies outlined in these Terms of Service

3 Pillars Fencing LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that materials have not yet been ordered and fabrication has not begun.

Once materials are purchased or fabrication has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Installation and Project Conditions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

* Property boundaries are correctly identified

* Necessary permissions from homeowners’ associations (HOA) are obtained if required

* The installation area is accessible and clear of obstructions

3 Pillars Fencing LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, utility conflicts, permit issues, or circumstances outside of our control.

Warranty

3 Pillars Fencing LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

We provide a limited workmanship warranty of one (1) year from the date of installation.

This warranty covers defects in installation workmanship but does not cover:

* Damage caused by weather, storms, or natural disasters

* Improper use or alterations by the customer

* Normal wear and aging of materials

* Damage caused by third parties

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Admin@3pillarsfencing.com

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3 Pillars Fencing LLC shall not be liable for:

* Indirect or consequential damages

* Property damage unrelated to installation workmanship

* Delays caused by weather, materials availability, or circumstances outside our control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific project.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact 3 Pillars Fencing LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting payment confirms acceptance of these Terms of Service and the custom product policy.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of 3 Pillars Fencing LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
