Custom Product Policy

All fencing products provided by 3 Pillars Fencing LLC are custom-built according to the specifications of each individual project. Materials are ordered and fabrication is scheduled specifically for each customer.

Because these products are custom-manufactured, they cannot be returned once fabrication or installation has begun.

No Returns

3 Pillars Fencing LLC does not accept returns on fencing materials, panels, gates, or related products that are manufactured or ordered for a specific project.

All orders are considered final once production has started.

No Refunds After Production Begins

Due to the custom nature of our products:

Orders are *non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun**

Installation services are *non-refundable once scheduled or started**

Deposits used to secure materials or labor scheduling are *non-refundable**

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all measurements, materials, styles, and project specifications prior to approving their order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that:

* Materials have not been ordered

* Fabrication has not begun

* Installation has not been scheduled

If an order qualifies for cancellation, a refund may be issued to the original form of payment.

Damaged or Defective Workmanship

3 Pillars Fencing LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

If a defect related to installation workmanship occurs, customers should contact us so we can inspect and correct the issue when appropriate.

Warranty coverage applies only to workmanship issues and does not cover:

* Damage caused by weather or natural events

* Misuse or alterations

* Damage caused by third parties

* Normal wear and aging of materials

Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact 3 Pillars Fencing LLC directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Submitting payment confirms acceptance of this Return & Refund Policy and the custom product policy.
